Hi,
I am getting the folowing error
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_option() in /home/alpswe00/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/ajaxContact/index.php”
Please Help me.

Oh one more thing. Ryan Duff’s wp-contact form also works fine. Very weird indeed.

Hey Rupert. My webhost is a small company from the Netherlands. It runs with the following installed:
PHP Version 5.1.6
MySQL 4.1.21
Apache 2.0.59 Server
DirectAdmin 1.28.0

Whole plugin files are under wp-content/plugins/ajaxContact and i can see the options under Admin/options. I also get the “success” message after sending the mail, so $mailit must be getting ‘true’ from the mail() function. Maybe it’s the WordPress version I have? I’m running 2.0.4

It now works on my webhost. My webhost was having troubles at the time of my previous query. One other thing, Whenever I add it to the page I want to display it in, it won’t display right after the rest of the page, but after the end of the sidebar, on most of the themes I have used it on.

I also have the same problem. mail() function of PHP works fine, however I do not receive any email by using this plugin. I suspected that somehow the receiver email address was not properly read from the options file, so hacked in the code and changed the line where mail is actually sent with this:

$mailit = mail(‘myaddress@mydomain.com’,'mail() test’,'gettin it?’,$headertest);

note that $headertest is defined ( I didn’t forget it).

It still doesn’t work with AJAX Contact. If I try the same function in another file, it works.

I’m out of ideas. hope this feedback helps.
