Thanks for such a usable plugin. Makes sharing photos a breeze! My question pertains as to why the slickr gallery won’t show up on my current photo gallery page. The page is http://www.1kfor1k.com/media/photos , I have the permalink set to media/photos and permission is applied correctly and everything. I know this works, Ive used it on other blog sites, but cant figure out why its not showing up this time. Ideas? Thanks a ton.

Hi Rupert,

first of all i wanne thank your for this plugin. but i have the same problem as mr mrjaygee. the widget isnt showing up in my widget control pannel. I already moved the file slickr_widget.php to the plugins folder. but the widget is still not showing up.

I use wp 2.7, slickr 0.6.5 and lightbox 2.8.0. thanks for your response.

because of the slickr gallery url problem a lot of people mentioned, i had also problems, and i didn’t know how to solve it!

/gallery/ is only possible, if you have changed the permalinks, and if you change that, you have to put the code like “some code”
in your .htaccess
Otherwise all the links will not work

slickr is awesome!

Nice plugin…I am late to the party. One quick question: how do I get my album to display like yours on this site? I currently get one long column and I’d like to do 3 X 4. Thanks

It doesn’t work to me… i’ve configured it “well”, but when I access the url that i’ve configured in the Slickr Gallery URL it returns me a 404 page not found error!

Could you help me?

kadu: I’ll see if I can extend this for the next version of slickr.
wibbler: private photos should _never_ show up via slickr… it is not an option, it is the default behavior. Make sure permissions are correctly set on flickr.com
tpalice: I will look into this. Can you provide a link?
will: the sets displaying is a known issue. I’ll work on that.
As far as loading a gallery by default, and permalinks, this is not possible yet and won’t be for some time.
adyo: No, as you do not have rights over the group’s photos… I’ll see if there is a workaround I can use, but it is unlikely. This is a plug in for individuals, not groups.

Is it possible to get some form of support / implementation that will allow users of slickr to designate a flickr “group” as the source photos are pulled from?
