Democracy: Doesn’t Suck Anymore!

I’m really happy to say that I’ve grabbed the latest version of Democracy, and it works! Democracy has been dogged in the last 4 months or so by instability, non-functionality and major bugginess, which resulted in me abondoning it entirely. It basically wouldn’t even launch on my Mac.
But those days are over! The latest version of Democracy (0.8.4.1 as of this writing) claims to have fixed all bugs and increased speed, and from what I can tell, those claims aren’t bogus. I can get my Some-Pig fix once more, and can be seduced again by Rocketboom’s Amanda! Well done, Democracy.app developers.

Edit: As a cool aside, it uses hooks into your computer platform’s native media players to play the video; on Mac, click a playing video to switch to fullscreen Quicktime playback. Neat!
