Kudos on a job well done. Quick question though, can you show the info on the file like you have on your pictures, if you do not use Flikr? Just add the rel="somephotogroupname" to your a href links and the Lightbox scripts do the rest. It does not work on (img src) only on (a href) so post thumbnails that link to fullsized images.
