Exquisite classical music…

I went to a fantastic chamber music concert last Tuesday night: Concertante at the Vancouver Playhouse. It was the best classical concert I’ve been to thus far. A Really passionate performance. Sublime, intense, dreamy classical music. The climax for me was their 6-piece interpretation of Schoenberg’s Verkl?rte Nacht. Wow. Finger’s trembling, bows and arms undulating, brows furrowing…

I keep running in to Andrew’s sister, Katherine, and her/Andrew’s dad… always a pleasure. It’s always nice to see someone in my age group (the vast majority are in their 60-70′s) at these events.
